Retro Longevity Sciences is committed to processing and shipping orders promptly while maintaining strict handling standards for research materials.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within two (2) business days of payment confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend slightly. We reserve the right to adjust processing timelines without prior notice.

Processing time refers to order preparation and fulfillment — it does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier selected at checkout.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Retro Longevity Sciences.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmation of delivery by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Retro Longevity Sciences is not liable for stolen or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Additional shipping fees required for address corrections

  • Returned packages due to incorrect address submission

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, reshipment will require additional shipping charges.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are not eligible for refunds.

If a shipment is refused and returned to us:

  • The order remains non-refundable.

  • Reshipping will require additional payment.

International Orders (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring products are legal in their country

  • Paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees

We are not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities.

Shipping Restrictions

Retro Longevity Sciences reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders flagged for regulatory concerns

  • Refuse shipment to restricted jurisdictions

  • Request verification of research use prior to shipment

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and contents

Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied.
